Novak Djokovic’s public court battle to stay in Australia may end up costing Australian taxpayers ‘close to half a million dollars’. The world number one tennis legend’s visa was cancelled and now he could possibly be deported from Australia.

This is what happened:

  • Documents submitted by Djokovic’s lawyers claim he tested positive for COVID-19 in December, believing that this would secure his entry into the country unvaccinated
  • Djokovic had received an ‘Exemption Certificate’ from the Chief Medical Officer of Tennis Australia recording that he had been provided with a ‘medical exemption from COVID vaccination’
  • However, this was based on his own declaration and not a binding exemption. At the Australian border, Tennis Australia’s medical exemption was meaningless.

If the legal case drags on much longer, it is likely to cost the Australian taxpayers ‘stacks’ of money. It has been stated that if there is no appeal, then it will probably cost maybe a quarter of a million dollars. If there are appeals, it could be half a million.

To all business owners, BANKS right now got an ” ????????? ???? ???????” ????? ?? ??????? ?? ??? ??????????. What I have got from ANZ is:
? Commercial loans for business owners.
? up to $250K – interest rate 2.99 %
? up to 10 years of the loan term
? no secure asset is required
? in case the business idea fails and your loan goes into default, the government will pay half of the loan – “??????? ?? ??? ??????????”
? Variable loan, pay anytime during that 10 years but the interest rate is fixed for 2.99% only. ( not everyone can go up to 10 years, some only 5-6 years – but still very good)
? ?????? ?? ???? ??? ????: ???? ???????, ???? ??????????, ???????? ????? ????? ????? ?????????? ???
For CBA, the same deal with 3.2% and 6 years – easier to get the loan than ANZ.
CBA may accept only 4 BAS, ANZ can accept 4 BAS statements with a strong case, the weak case needs to do a full financial year.
There are good debt and bad debt:
? Bad debt is the debt paying for your house
? Good debt is the debt paying for your business
Use your money for investment or your house, and use government money for doing business guys. HiCom Accounting Pty Ltd will only support documents for our clients. We cannot support documents for businesses that are not our clients.
